✅Start a journal, I advise all my clients to mind dump their stressful day. Honestly it helps take the clutter from the mind, onto a piece of paper. 

✅Find something you love doing, something for you.

✅Talk about your problems! Honestly, you will find yourself feeling much better. 
✅Identify what makes you happy and relaxes you.

✅Change your scenery. 

✅Have a detox with your friends. Surround yourself with people who champion you.
